My thirteen-year-old son is devouring The Alex Rider series
by Anthony Horowitz, and my seventeen-year-old daughter just finished the entire Gatekeepers
series by the same author. I have not had the opportunity to read either. They asked me for these books themselves. In fact my son checked out one of the Alex Rider books from his school’s media center…ON HIS OWN! I have found that the key to getting my teenagers to read is to let THEM choose what they like.
