The Decatur Book Festival was awesome, and I learned a new word

I'm sweaty, sunburned, bone-tired and broke, but, I'm deliriously happy. I was able to meet the writer of one of my favorite read-aloud books. Recently she took her campaign to the Georgia State Capitol where she spoke eloquently on the need for libraries in this country and the reasons why library funding should be a priority for the government.
