My rating: 5 of 5 starts
Fascinating concept for a dystopian society – dividing people into factions based on their strongest straits (bravery, honesty, selflessness, peacefulness, and intellectual curiosity). Well-executed, well-written, good character development, lots of action, romance, conflict and political intrigue. Captured my attention, challenged my intellect, and kept me engrossed. Read it straight though into the wee hours. Recommended for fans of dystopian fiction. Will definitely hold appeal to Hunger Games fans.
Quotes:
“If we have little, and we want for little, and we are all equal, we envy no one. I try to love it” (p.28)
“(His eyes) are dark blue, a dreaming, sleeping, waiting color” -good imagery (p. 59).
“I believe in ordinary acts of bravery, in the courage that drives on person to stand up for another” (p. 207).

This sounds wonderful! After a few seconds of watching the trailer I thought it must be a movie. I will have to tell my wife about this, she loved The Hunger Games. I haven’t read them, but did see the 1st movie & enjoyed it. Thanks for posting, otherwise I might not have heard about this. Hope all is well.
